A Spanish investment in Latin America, the 192 social housing units in Luque (Paraguay) are configured in a base volume in the form of a green “podium” giving continuity to the existing green surroundings, reaching heights of between 12 and 15m, and on which two towers of 11 and 12 floors grow at the ends. The rest of the plot is free of buildings and is destined for private community use, alternating paved areas with the shade generated, swimming pool and sports areas. The complex includes all the necessary amenities to provide both social self-sufficiency and self-sufficiency in terms of resources.
